Aussie beef Daw'ood Basha

Ingredients
1kg Australian minced beef
1 Onion
4 Garlic gloves
Egg (egg yolk)
Bbq sauce
Pomegranates
Pomegranate molasses
Fresh flat leaf parsley (one bunch)
Parmesan cheese
Small (10cm) wood skewers
Method
- In a bowl, add crushed garlic (using a press). Then, place the beef mince, add the egg and two teaspoons of onions, and mix well to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Using your hands, roll the mixture into small-sized balls.
- Add oil to the grill and cook the remaining onions for a minute.
- Next, place the meatballs on the grill and cook for 8-10 minutes on each side.
- Finally, drizzle BBQ sauce, parmesan cheese, pomegranate seeds, pomegranate molasses and parsley leaves.
- Serve with wood skewers and enjoy!
